 | | Konechne Construction in Sioux Falls did a remodel on this house, by taking the existing porch and turning it into a family room, taking out the wall between the dining room and kitchen, removing the kitchen soffits and removing the window that looked from the kitchen to the porch.
What a transformation!! New cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting....
The cabinetry is a red birch wood with nutmeg stain. Embellishments include: raised panel ends on the cabinets and on the island backer, bevel edge laminate countertops with clips and insets, undercabinet lighting, above cabinet lighting, in cabinet lighting, undercabinet moulding, a glass mullion door, clipped toes and more.
